A new interface may be coming to your Salesforce instance. Salesforce upgraded to Winter ’16 in October and now you can enjoy the fruits of their labor. The new Lightning user interface presents a much cleaner view of priority information. At a glance you’ll see Predictive data — contact score, email and web history — right at the top of the “DETAILS” tab.
