Predictive Response does not allow sending unsolicited mail, or the use of third-party, purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists. A client who violates this trust and is found to have used the Predictive Response service to send such mail will be dropped from the use of our service.
If you’ve received unsolicited mail from one of our clients, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. Every complaint is investigated, and you will receive a response from our abuse team detailing the action we’re taking to deal with the issue.
