Campaign Flow takes advantage or Native Salesforce automation functions to add
Leads and Contacts to a campaign or change their Member Status within a campaign they are already in. In Campaign Flow you create a "Flow"
for leads or contacts that is a set of field / operator / value
criteria (much the same way you do in a custom report) that is then set
to enroll them into a campaign or have the criteria match set their member status to a new value. It is like automating the process of
running a report with defined criteria then adding those that match the
criteria to a campaign.
You can create as many Flow as you like, and as soon as a lead
or a contact match a Flow criteria, they become members of that
designated campaign.
If you set the Instant Send value to True by checking a single check box, when a lead or contact is added to the campaign. the first email in that campaign will be sent without delay.
That's it. Simple and Effective.
